Who are we?

Hello! Thank you for choosing Aircraft Bot. We are a Scottish based development team and begun development in late 2022. Since released, we have managed to achieve over 370 servers, over 90,000 users, over 25,000 commands ran, and most importantly, VERIFICATION! We thank every single person who has ever used Aircraft Bot, even if you only used one command, you made a difference, and we appreciate that!

What are our goals?

Since releasing Aircraft Bot, our main goal has been to achieve verification, which we were very lucky to do back in July 28th 2023. Moving on, our new goals are to achieve 100K total users and 1,000 total servers. We know this will be hard, but we are prepared!

How often does Aircraft Bot receive updates?

We aim to push out at least 1 major update each month. By doing this, we ensure that all of our users and servers have enough content to keep using and enjoy. We also release some smaller updates throughout the months, sometimes with hints to new major updates. Being a small development team can be hard, but we still manage to release updates for all to enjoy!

The bot doesn't seem to respond when I use commands, what should I do?

If the bot is not responding to commands when you issue them, there could be a number of reasons as to why this is happening:

1. The bot is currently undergoing maintenance - You can view announcements on maintenances here. 2. The bot is experiencing technical issues - If this is the case, we will always update our status page. 3. User-Side issues - You may be experiencing issues on your side which results in the bot not working. If this is the case, please ensure you have a secure connection.
